The integration provides Skypiom with access to the names of your QuickBooks customers and vendors. AML sanctions screening takes place on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and the screening frequency may be set individually for customers and vendors.

Multiple QuickBooks companies are supported and may be authorised as required.

Ad-hoc AML screening is supported as well, with the option of Ad-hoc screening requests being retained for ongoing, regular screenings.

The system maintains a list of "Screening Subjects" in different groups and any number of additional groups may be created to hold further screening subjects from other sources.

You will receive a monthly status report which shows who was screened and the list of databases that were used for screening.

The Subscription​

Skypiom offers a simple subscription at a low monthly fee. The fee is based on the number of subjects being scanned during the month and hence is variable. The base subscription is USD 9.99 per month and includes 100 subjects. If the included number of subjects is exceeded, the overage is billed proportionately with volume discounts automatically applied. The following table illustrates this:

Your subscription starts with a 30-day trial period, during which you can test the relevant functionality.

How to get started:

Simply click the subscribe below button, which will take you to the QuickBooks sign-on page. Thereafter enter your QuickBooks credentials and in turn AML sanctions screening will be automatically and seamlessly integrated with your QuickBooks account.
