Assistance is divided into Standard, Premium and Pro options. The Standard option is included with each Skypiom Compliance subscription by default, whereby Premium and Pro options can be upgraded to at any time during the term. Please contact Skypiom Compliance for a detailed breakdown. 

Standard Support

Available to all company administrators with 5 hours included per month.

Premium Support

Available to all company administrators and standard users with 10 dedicated hours included per month.

Pro Support

Available to all company administrators and standard users with 20 dedicated hours included per month.
