Active & Inactive Users

Unique to Skypiom Compliance is the “active” and “inactive” user model, which ensures that inactive user accounts are retained in full. This model guarantees that valuable compliance data is always retained, which is included in the subscription pricing options.

Active User

An active user is any user logged into Skypiom Compliance, who is enrolled into learning materials or who is actively being tracked by a Compliance Role.

Conversely, after 90 days post last login or enrolment, or if a user is no longer being tracked by a Compliance Role, then a user becomes inactive.

Inactive User

When a user converts to inactive status their license automatically becomes available, which may then be applied to another user. Worth noting is that inactive user accounts are retained at no cost while the SLA is in effect.

Once converted back to active status a user will have access to all their historic data on their user account.

Subscription Pricing Options

The below pricing includes all functionality showcased. Excluded is once-off deployment, legislative tracking subscription with provider (e.g. LexisNexis), as well as SOPCAPS.
